The Shack

The Shack is a book written by William P. Young, it's a story about a father of five, Mack.

4 Years before, Mack and his three youngest kid went camping to Wallowa Lake near Joseph,Oregon. In the morning, while making breakfa

st in the campsite, Mack's 2 kids were playing in the canoe in the lake, and one of Mack 's son almost got drown. So Mack rushed to rescue his son and left his daughter, Missy alone in the campsite. When Mack returned, Missy was missing. He called the police and discovered that his daughter was abducted by a serial killer known as the ' Little LadyKiller'. The police then found a shack in the forest where they assumed that Missy has been to but they were never able to find her body.

The story then shift back to the beginning of the book, when Mack received a letter from 'Papa' in a cold day. The letter says that Papa wan

t to meet Mack at the shack that weekend.

When Mack got the chance, he went to the shack alone but found nothing. When Mack left, the shack

and the outside of it transformed.

His Papa and God took him on a hike...

Overall, this book is fun to read, some intensity and some parts are quite boring to read . The book received alot of positive comments and It was New York Times and USA Today bestseller.
